Cloudtbeta is a small real estate company based in Bratislava. We help people navigate selling, renting out and looking for property. We work with owners, prospective tenants and people choosing a new home in Bratislava and the surrounding area. Our role is practical: clarify what you need, organise the available information, plan viewings and keep track of next steps. We don’t start with a list of properties. We start with a conversation about what you need to know before deciding. Someone selling an apartment after years of living there will have different questions from someone comparing rentals based on their commute. That’s why we record priorities, timeframes and open questions for every assignment. It helps us speak concretely and avoid unclear expectations.
A Process You Can See From the Start
Since 2021, we’ve based our work on sharing information throughout the process. Before a viewing, we prepare questions about the property; afterwards, we separate confirmed details from things that still need checking. For a sale, we take a similar approach to documents, presentation and managing enquiries. We favour factual descriptions over big promises, and a calm, slate-toned visual style over a distracting presentation. We want you to understand the reason for every suggested step and feel able to say when something doesn’t sit right with you. But our limits are clear: we can’t approve financing, replace legal advice or confirm hidden technical features of a building without a specialist assessment. Listing availability, final terms and dates also depend on owners, other parties and market conditions. When something depends on them, we’ll tell you early.
